Ordering a bespoke wedding cake should be one of the enjoyable parts of planning your wedding, not another admin job to tick off your list.
From our first conversation to the moment your cake is set up at your venue, I'll guide you through the process, take care of the details and make sure your cake looks incredible, tastes even better and feels completely at home within your wedding.
STEP 01
Tell me about your wedding.
Fill in my enquiry form with your wedding date, venue, guest numbers and any ideas you already have for your cake.
Whether you have a Pinterest board full of ideas or absolutely no clue where to start, that's completely fine. We'll work it out together.
That's what I'm here for.
I'll check your date and I'll come back to you with the next steps and a little more information about working together.
STEP 02
Tell me everything.
If your date is available, we'll arrange a consultation to talk through your wedding, your style, your venue and what you're looking for.
We'll discuss your venue, styling, flowers, dress, stationery, guest numbers, flavours and, most importantly, how you want the day to feel.
We'll discuss design, flavours, portions and all the little details that will make your cake feel like it belongs at your wedding.
STEP 03
Let's make it official.
Following our consultation, I'll put together an estimated quote based on your requirements, including the cake design, size and any additional details or services you're considering.
Happy with everything and ready to go ahead?
A £150 non-refundable booking fee secures your wedding date in my diary, with the remaining balance payable according to your booking terms.
Once your booking fee and signed agreement are received, your date is officially yours.
STEP 04
Design & Taste
Now we can get creative.
With your date secured, we'll develop your bespoke wedding cake design and finalise your flavours.
I'll take inspiration from your venue, dress, flowers, styling, colour palette and all those little details that make your wedding yours.
And, of course, you'll get to taste the cake too — because beautiful is only half the job.
STEP 05
Final Details.
Nearly time for cake.
As your wedding approaches, we'll confirm your final guest numbers, flavours, design and delivery arrangements.
I'll make sure everything is agreed and organised well ahead of the day, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
STEP 06
Your Wedding Day.
You enjoy the champagne. I'll handle the cake.
Your cake is handmade in my Yorkshire studio before being carefully delivered to your venue and professionally set up ready for your celebration.
Then it's over to you: admire it, cut it and, most importantly, make sure you get a slice.
