With a background in professional pastry kitchens, including Michelin-starred experience, I care just as much about what happens when you cut into the cake as I do about what it looks like from across the room.
I work with carefully considered flavour combinations, quality ingredients and seasonal produce wherever possible, creating wedding cakes that balance thoughtful design with genuinely delicious food.
